1. Delivery Areas
We deliver nationwide across all 47 counties in Kenya. Whether you are in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, or a more remote area, we ensure your tech reaches you.
2. Order Processing & Cut-off Times
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders during the following hours:
- Monday – Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Public Holidays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sundays: Closed
Order Cut-off Time: 4:00 PM (EAT).
• Orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed the same or next business day.
• Orders placed after 4:00 PM are handled the following business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
We strive to meet the following delivery windows:
Nairobi & Environs → Within 1 Business Day
Other Counties (Nationwide) → 1–3 Business Days
Total delivery time across Kenya is typically 1–3 working days, depending on location and courier availability.
4. Shipping Costs
We keep our shipping rates simple and transparent:
• Orders above KSh 20,000: FREE Delivery Nationwide
• Orders below KSh 20,000: Flat fee of KSh 400
• Pickup: Free pickup available at our Nairobi location
5. Secure Payment Options
We offer secure and convenient payment methods:
• Online: M-Pesa STK Push, Visa, MasterCard, and Bank Transfers via Paystack
• In-Store/Pickup: Cash, M-Pesa, and Card payments
• Note: For orders outside Nairobi, pre-payment via our secure checkout is required to initiate dispatch.
6. Order Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp. While formal tracking numbers may not be available for all local couriers, our team monitors every delivery closely. You can request a status update at any time through our support channels.
