Return & Refund Policy

At epsonksmarttech, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 7 days of delivery.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was delivered within the last 7 days.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • You have the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

2. Return Shipping & Fees

  • For Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged product or the wrong item due to our error, epsonksmarttech will cover the full cost of return shipping.

  • For Non-Defective Items (Change of Mind): If the product is not faulty but you wish to return it, the customer is responsible for the return shipping/rider charges to our office in Nairobi.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us via any of the channels below. Once your return is authorized, you may drop off the item or send it via courier to our physical location.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days with:

  1. A brief description of the fault.

  2. Clear photos or a video showing the issue.

Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., M-Pesa, Bank Transfer) or can be processed in-store.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they are found to be technically faulty:

  • Items with clear signs of misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Software or opened consumables (e.g., ink cartridges) where the seal has been broken.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order on our website.
